Access to Hutch IRB is only available for Cancer Consortium organizations (Fred Hutch / University of Washington / Seattle Children's). Site investigators and their staff at participating sites outside the Cancer Consortium need to work with their Fred Hutch study team contacts to submit on their behalf.
To gain access to Hutch IRB, you must first complete a brief Hutch IRB System Access training module in Hutch Learning. It should take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
Cancer Consortium users can request access to Hutch IRB in one of the following ways:
- Individuals with Fred Hutch / legacy SCCA credentials can complete the Hutch IRB System Access training in Hutch Learning. If you log into Hutch Learning and complete this training, that is all you need to do and IRO Support will follow up with you when you are able to use Hutch IRB.
- Individuals at the University of Washington or Seattle Children's who have Hutch Learning credentials can complete the Hutch IRB System Access training by using this link.
- Individuals at the University of Washington or Seattle Children's who do not have Fred Hutch / legacy SCCA credentials should fill out the Hutch IRB Access Request Form at right. When filling out the form, please indicate each Cancer Consortium institution with which you are associated. After you submit the form, IRO Support will contact you with instructions on how to complete the Hutch IRB System Access training in Hutch Learning in order to gain access to Hutch IRB.
